Works GREAT!

Bought one a few weeks back, been using it since it arrived. Does EVERYTHING I want out of a cadence device so I need to order up another one along with some extra magnets so I can capture data from both my bikes whether running their road wheels or trainer wheels.

It works perfectly fine. Easy to assemble.

It works perfectly well and it took less than half an hour to set it up on a gravel bike, including tweaking it and connection. The box has everything needed, including a necessary tool and clamps.

A Company That Really Cares!

Last year I received a CP 100 bundled with this sensor for my birthday. Unfortunately, because of health issues, I wasn't able to install it for the '23 Michigan's summer and fall riding season. I finally got around to installing it this May of '24. The spoke magnet has a plastic clamp and didn't come with the metal clamp /washer to protect the plastic clamp. As I was tightening the magnet on the spoke, the plastic clamp/nut cracked. I contact Coospo to secure a new spoke magnet assembly. The kind customer service representative responded to my online request within just a few hours to inform me that they didn't have parts for the spoke magnet. Even though it was a month past the one year warranty, Coospo happily informed me they would send me a whole, complete, new sensor package that included the spoke magnet assembly. WOW! What a company!!! I'm a customer for life!!! Thank-you Coospo!!!!!!
